Want to divert incoming calls to another number? Follow these easy instructions. Tap the menu icon. Tap Phone. Tap the menu icon. Tap Call settings. Tap Call forwarding.
Tap the indicator next to Call Forwarding to turn on the function. If you choose to divert all calls, the divert icon is displayed in standby mode. If it’s the first time you divert calls: Key in the required phone number and tap Call Forwarding.

This DOES NOT WORK on Optus NBN home phone via NBN. If you dial *78, the system just hangs up on you immediately after 2 beeps.
