5/17/2019 · X-995 is a customizable cat mount from Mechagon that can be created through Junkyard Tinkering via Pascal K1N6 in Patch 8.2.. You will be given the blueprint to craft the mount early on and the base tint can be unlocked in just a few hours spent in Mechagon. You will only need 8 S.P.A.R.E. Crates, 5 Energy Cells, and Chain Ignitercoils, all available from various activities in Mechagon.
